"Love" a name that is often talked about people, from young to old. Many people love to call mengatas each prilakunya. But if they understand what the meaning behind the word "love". Sexual energy can become the most important element in determining the form of the relationship. But sexual attraction often creates a new bond, sexual desire is considered bad or inappropriate in some bond of love. In many religious and ethical system it is considered wrong to have sexual desires for close family, children, or outside a committed relationship. But many ways to express affection without sex. Affection, emotional intimacy and the same hobbies very common in friends and relatives throughout the human.

However, they stressed the importance of devotion to God as the essence of diversity. Both Abu Rumi Ben Adhim and believe that we can not love God without loving neighbor. They reaffirm what God says to His servant on the day of resurrection: on the Day of Resurrection, the Lord calls servants of His. He said to one of them, "I'm hungry, but you do not give food to me." He said to the others, "I'm thirsty, but you do not give me a drink." He said to his servants another, "I'm sick, but you did not visit Me." When the servants of his questioning all this, he replied, "It's so and so hungry when you feed him, you'll find I'm with him. The So and so sick; if you visit, you'll find I'm with him. The So and so thirsty; if you give him a drink, you'll find I'm with him. "(Ibn Arabi often quoted this hadith in al-futuhat al-Sura number). When a new student to follow orders, his shaykh will teach him to run the three stages of spiritual practice for three years. Almost no one can remember and love God as they remember and love children, wife, wealth or anything else in this world. Humans can count itself, in the day and night, how many seconds, minutes and hours thinking of rotation to other things. Of course, much more time for other things and affairs of the Lord.

Ask yourself each, more where all this memory of love to God than with something that looks and can be felt physically all around us? The answer (if honest) to be other more other than Allah. Therefore, awareness and improvement is more important to have rather than making excuses justify something wrong. But everything belongs to one's faith. Ketika Kuala Tungkal Jadi Kota Wisata

LAMBAT tapi pasti. Sejak lima tahun lalu, Kuala Tungkal tumbuh menjadi pusat perdagangan dan bisnis nomor dua setelah Kota Jambi di Provinsi Jambi. Hal itu dimungkinkan karena ibu kota Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat ini berada di pantai timur Sumatera, berhadapan langsung dengan Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, dan negara-negara Asia Pasifik lainnya.

BERBAGAI bahan kebutuhan seperti beras, gula pasir, bawang putih, makanan dan minuman dalam kemasan terutama asal luar negeri, masuk ke Provinsi Jambi melalui Kuala Tungkal. Dari Kota Jambi, sebagian dari barang eks luar negeri itu dipasarkan lagi ke Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), Lampung, dan Sumatera Barat (Sumbar). Sebagai kota pantai, Kuala Tungkal juga identik dengan hasil laut, seperti ikan, udang, cumi- cumi, dan kerang segar. Sejumlah pedagang besar antarpulau dan importir bahan kebutuhan pokok dilengkapi dengan gudang, menjadikan Kuala Tungkal sebagai home base.

Di samping sebagai pusat perdagangan, Kuala Tungkal berkembang menjadi kota wisata, khususnya wisata belanja-terutama barang bekas-di Provinsi Jambi. Pasar barang bekas asal luar negeri menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan domestik untuk datang ke Kuala Tungkal. Pada Sabtu dan Minggu, sedikitnya 500 orang dalam sehari mengunjungi Kuala Tungkal untuk berbelanja.

Kota Kuala Tungkal, 125 kilometer sebelah utara Kota Jambi, adalah satu dari sembilan ibu kota kabupaten di Provinsi Jambi yang tumbuh dan berkembang paling cepat. Penduduk Kuala Tungkal yang pada tahun 1995 sekitar 25.000 jiwa, kini berkembang menjadi 35.000 jiwa.

Bangunan permanen, baik milik pemerintah maupun swasta dari beton, tumbuh bagai jamur di musim hujan. Ibu kota Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat ini semakin dikenal sebagai pintu gerbang Provinsi Jambi dari laut, terutama Batam, Riau Kepulauan, Singapura, dan Malaysia.

Sampai akhir tahun 1980-an, hampir seluruh bangunan di kota ini terbuat dari kayu, atap seng dan daun nipah, dengan jalan pelantar atau jembatan kayu. Daerah ini merupakan tempat "buangan" bagi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) yang menjalani hukuman karena melakukan kesalahan. Sarana transportasi yang ada dari ibu kota provinsi, Kota Jambi menuju Kuala Tungkal, hanyalah dengan kapal angkutan sungai, melayari Sungai Batanghari dan laut selama 12-14 jam atau menggunakan speed boat selama 4-5 jam.

PERISTIWA kebakaran besar yang terjadi pada 13 tahun lalu, tepatnya 29 April 1989, memorakporandakan kota pantai itu, merupakan musibah kebakaran terbesar yang pernah terjadi di Provinsi Jambi hingga saat ini. Kebakaran yang terjadi satu minggu menjelang lebaran itu meluluhlantakkan sekitar 1.000 bangunan yang terdiri dari pertokoan, permukiman, masjid, dan kantor. Kejadian itu menjadi peringatan, kenangan pahit sekaligus titik awal dimulainya perubahan besar-besaran oleh penduduk setempat dalam membangun dan mengembangkan Kuala Tungkal.

Sejak saat itu, penduduk Kuala Tungkal mulai berbenah diri, sebagian-yang mampu-tidak lagi mendirikan bangunan yang terbuat dari kayu atap seng yang mudah terbakar. Mereka mulai mendirikan bangunan dari beton, meskipun dengan biaya hampir dua kali lipat dibanding di tempat lain. Menerapkan teknologi sederhana dalam mendirikan bangunan, dengan memasang rapat ke dalam tanah pancang kayu sedalam tujuh sampai delapan meter. Di atas pancang itulah diletakkan fondasi beton penyangga bangunan, bertingkat dua, tiga, bahkan empat. Lorong di antara sejumlah bangunan disediakan untuk mobilitas peralatan dan orang jika terjadi musibah kebakaran.

Seiring dengan itu, pada tahun 1990 pemerintah selesai membuka dan membangun jalan raya Jambi-Kuala Tungkal sepanjang 125 kilometer. Adanya jalan ini memungkinkan warga mengangkut tanah, pasir, kerikil, besi, semen, dan bahan bangunan lainnya dengan mudah. Jalan dengan aspal beton ini langsung memperpendek waktu tempuh Jambi-Kuala Tungkal menjadi 2-2,5 jam. Sekitar 40 kilometer dari ruas jalan Jambi-Kuala Tungkal berada di atas rawa yang sebelum ditimbun tanah dan dikeraskan dipasang rapat galar (penyangga) kayu membujur dan melintang sebagai fondasi jalan.

Kini di lahan bekas kebakaran seluas satu kilometer persegi itu berdiri ratusan bangunan beton bertingkat dua, tiga, bahkan empat. Begitu pula di banyak tempat lainnya di kota kelahiran Christin Hakim itu, bangunan permanen dari beton tidak hanya jadi ruko (rumah toko) dan gudang, tapi juga sarang walet. Kreativitas masyarakat dengan teknologi sederhana berhasil menjungkirbalikkan pendapat yang berkembang selama berpuluh-puluh tahun, yaitu tidak mungkin mendirikan bangunan beton di Kuala Tungkal. Juga di daerah pantai lainnya di Provinsi Jambi, karena lahannya terdiri dari rawa pasang surut dan lumpur.

PASTI tidak ada yang membayangkan, Kota Kuala Tungkal bisa berkembang menjadi kota pariwisata di Provinsi Jambi karena lahannya yang terdiri dari rawa dan lumpur. Pemerintah provinsi dan kabupaten pun tidak pernah merencanakan Kota Kuala Tungkal sebagai kota wisata. Semuanya berubah sejak terbukanya jalan Jambi-Kuala Tungkal dan terbukanya hubungan kapal feri Kuala Tungkal-Batam-Tanjung Balai Karimun dan Tanjung Pinang.

Bisnis atau lebih tepatnya masuknya barang bekas eks luar negeri, terutama Singapura, Jepang, dan Taiwan ke Kuala Tungkal menyebabkan kota ini ramai dikunjungi. Barang bekas eks luar negeri-mulai dari komputer bekas, ban mobil bekas, pakaian bekas sampai peralatan olahraga bekas-itulah yang menjadi daya tarik penduduk Kota Jambi, kabupaten di Provinsi Jambi, bahkan dari Sumsel dan Sumbar datang berbelanja ke Kuala Tungkal.

Tersedia mulai dari boneka, kursi dorong bayi hingga komputer serta raket Squash. Pakaian bekas, mulai dari satuan hingga karungan (satu karung 100 kilogram). Boneka untuk anak-anak, misalnya dijual dengan harga Rp 7.000/buah dan raket Squash Rp 100.000/buah. Adapun pakaian bekas jenis campuran, satu karung (ball) Rp 750.000/karung, jenis jeansRp 1 juta.

Barang bekas yang paling diminati adalah kasur pegas (spring bed), mesin cuci, televisi, kipas angin, dan pakaian jadi. Kasur pegas ukuran nomor satu merek Alga atau Dunlop Pillow dijual Rp 500.000/buah, kipas angin besar Philips Rp 225.000, dan mesin cuci Cornell (7 kg) Rp 900.000. Sementara televisi Sony 29 inci Rp 2 juta, 25 inci Rp 1,4 juta. Ada pula berbagai jenis compact disc seperti Aiwa Rp 600.000/unit.

Mesin cuci merek lainnya yang mudah ditemukan, Samsung (4,5 kg) Rp 700.000/unit, Teknogas (5,5 kg) Rp 900.000/ unit, Toshiba Rp 500.000/unit. "Pembeli boleh tes, coba dulu. Kalau rusak batal," ujar seorang penjual, Syafruddin (34). Kipas angin besar berdiri merek Cornell, Phillps, dan Windi dengan harga rata-rata Rp 200.000/unit. Barang elektronik bekas ini kami beli langsung di Singapura, tidak dibeli dari agen atau orang kapal," ujar penjaga toko elektronik bekas, Misran (27), kepada Kompas, Sabtu (25/1). "Dua saudara saya, Parmin dan Nur, minimal 15 hari sekali ke Singapura untuk belanja," katanya lagi.

Seorang penjual kasur pegas bekas, Amat (35), mengakui sudah lebih dari dua tahun menjual kasur per di Kuala Tungkal. "Rata-rata dalam sebulan terjual sekitar 30-40 kasur. Satu kasur rata-rata untung Rp 50.000, kasur pegas ukuran besar (untuk ranjang nomor satu), saya jual Rp 450.000, sedang Rp 250.000, dan kecil Rp 150.000," katanya. "Kasur yang sudah koyak diganti kainnya dengan yang baru, pernya yang goyang saya kencangkan lagi. Yang penting tidak ada pernya yang patah,"ujarnya.

Sebelum berjualan kasur pegas bekas, Amat yang mempunyai dua anak ini mengaku bekerja sebagai petani kelapa di Kuala Tungkal dengan lahan sekitar satu hektar. Ia meninggalkan kebun kemudian hijrah ke Kuala Tungkal karena harga kelapa anjlok. "Kini harga sebutir kelapa Rp 125, sepikul kopra Rp 125.000," tuturnya.

SEBAGAI pintu gerbang Provinsi Jambi dari laut, Kuala Tungkal terus berbenah diri. Hampir semua jalan di kota kelahiran Christin Hakim itu yang dulu merupakan jalan pelantar (jembatan kayu), kini sudah ditimbun tanah, dikeraskan, dan beraspal. Kota pantai di atas lahan rawa pasang surut itu yang semula merupakan kota mati, dalam lima tahun terakhir tumbuh cepat, hidup. Harga tanah melonjak dari Rp 200.000/ m² menjadi Rp 1,5 juta/m².

Mulai tahun 1995, pemerintah membuka jalur pelayaran feri cepat, Kuala Tungkal-Batam dan Kuala Tungkal-Tanjung Balai Karimun setiap hari dengan waktu tempuh 3,5-4 jam. Sejak tahun 2000, setiap hari ada tiga kapal feri yang melayari jalur tersebut secara reguler. Para penumpang yang memanfaatkan feri ini bukan hanya dari Provinsi Jambi, tetapi juga dari Sumsel, Sumbar, Lampung, bahkan Pulau Jawa. Karena selain lebih cepat juga murah.

Berangkat dari Kota Jambi pagi hari, sore harinya telah tiba di Singapura atau Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Caranya adalah, dari Kota Jambi naik travel menuju Kuala Tungkal dengan ongkos Rp 13.000/penumpang, berangkat pukul 07.00 tiba pukul 09.30. Selanjutnya naik feri dari Kuala Tungkal menuju Batam atau Tanjung Balai Karimun Rp 110.000/penumpang, berangkat pukul 10.30 tiba pukul 14.00- 14.30.

Kemudian bagi calon penumpang yang memiliki paspor dan tentu saja dana yang cukup, dari Batam atau Tanjung Balai Karimun naik feri menuju Singapura atau Kukup di Johor Bahru dengan ongkos sekitar Rp 60.000/penumpang. Feri dari Tanjung Balai Karimun atau Batam ke Singapura atau Johor Bahru ada setiap setengah jam dengan waktu tempuh sekitar 45 menit sampai satu jam. Hari itu juga dari Johor Bahru bisa meneruskan ke Kuala Lumpur atau tempat-tempat lainnya di Malaysia dengan bus.

Menurut Syahbandar Kuala Tungkal, Jufri, arus penumpang Kuala Tungkal-Batam dan Kuala Tungkal-Tanjung Balai Karimun dan sebaliknya melalui pelabuhan feri di Kuala Tungkal dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Tahun 1995, penumpang yang naik atau berangkat dari Kuala Tungkal tercatat 31.193 orang, datang 27.791 orang. Tiga tahun kemudian, penumpang yang berangkat melonjak menjadi 99.057 orang, datang 90.763 orang.

Mulai tahun 2000, penumpang yang berangkat sebanyak 114.203 orang, datang 96.376 orang, tahun 2001 berangkat 162.622 orang, datang 120.903 orang, dan tahun 2002 (sampai bulan Juni) penumpang yang berangkat berangkat 60.239 orang dan datang 49.548 orang. "Baik keberangkatan maupun kedatangan, lonjakan penumpang terjadi sebelum puasa, menjelang dan sesudah Lebaran, Natal, dan Tahun Baru," ujar Jufri.

Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat H Usman Ermulan mengakui, daerahnya tidak memiliki kekayaan obyek wisata alam sebagaimana yang dimiliki kabupaten lainnya di Provinsi Jambi, seperti Kabupaten Kerinci. "Namun,, tidak berarti Tanjung Jabung Barat tidak memiliki potensi pariwisata. Perairan Tanjung Jabung Barat, Tanjung Jabung Timur terus ke Pulau Berhala merupakan obyek wisata bahari yang menarik untuk dinikmati," katanya.

"Laut di tempat ini cocok untuk kegiatan memancing. Untuk itu, pemda membeli sebuah kapal pesiar untuk dijadikan kapal wisata," kata Usman. "Kapal dengan kapasitas sekitar 500 penumpang ini dilengkapi acara kesenian berupa pertunjukan tarian hadrah, zapin dan, sebagainya," ujar mantan Anggota Komisi IX DPR dari Partai Golkar ini.

Para pengunjung yang datang ke Kota Kuala Tungkal dengan kendaraan umum, tidak perlu khawatir terhadap transportasi dalam kota. Tersedia becak dan ojek yang siap mengantar ke mana saja. "Berbelanja sambil berwisata, makan di rumah makan yang menyediakan sea food ke Kota Kuala Tungkal, kini menjadi tren masyarakat Kota Jambi dan kabupaten di Provinsi Jambi, terutama pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu," kata seorang karyawan Pemda Kuala Tungkal, Rusman (37).

"Orang mau datang ke Kuala Tungkal karena aman. Di pelabuhan feri yang dulu banyak calo, kini sudah kita tertibkan, terminal sudah dipindahkan ke lokasi yang lebih baik. Semuanya untuk kenyamanan calon penumpang yang akan berangkat dan penumpang feri yang datang," kata Usman menambahkan. Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat yang dua tahun lalu hanya sekitar Rp 2,5 milyar, tahun ini meningkat menjadi lebih dari Rp 17 milyar.

Meskipun punya komitmen kuat untuk mengembangkan pariwisata belanja dan bahari di Kuala Tungkal, Bupati H Usman berprinsip, pariwisata yang dikembangkan harus bebas dari prostitusi dan minuman keras. "Pariwisata yes. Prostitusi no," ujarnya tegas. (nasrul thahar)
